Stick Bamboo used is made of quality bamboo planted in Indonesia. Carefully selected good textures on bamboo skin being glued together with resin which provide high bonding strength and environmentally friendly as it is toxic-free to human.

The process of treatment on bamboo could be described as chronological order. After saw milling process, bamboo is sank and steamed / boiled at high temperatures at about 1000ºC for 24 hours. The saw milled bamboo after treatment is processed to produce stick bamboo.

The advantages of treatment could improve resistant to insect and fungal attack increases Moisture Content (MC), and it could be beneficial for air-drying and kiln drying. It also release internal stress on bamboo strips. So, it increases the quality of stick bamboo.
