AFDC 2010 Deadline Adjustment

Thank you for all participants who have registered in AQSA Living Furniture Design Competition 2010. We have received some of the design and we’re still waiting for others to submit their best design.

Due to varied participants from all over the world, we have some question related to our hard copy requirements. To accomplish that request, we have decided some regulations adjustment. Please read carefully:

1. The deadline of design submission is extended until April 19th, 2010 at 23.59 local Indonesian time. This extended submission deadline is only for those who have registered before the deadline on March 29th, 2010. Those who already obtain registration numbers are still welcome to submit more design by informing us and we will give you more registration number. A new participant can’t register from our regular method since our automatic registration form will be closed after our deadline on March 29th, 2010.

2. The deadline submission for hard copy is extended until May 8th, 2010 to give enough time for it to reach our office in Surakarta, Indonesia. But please send the hard copy immediately.

3. If there is a problem sending the hard copy of the design due to delivery cost, the participants can send ONLY affirmation letter. So, the participants are allowed to submit the design in soft copy but it is a MUST to send the affirmation letter in hard copy. Please note that in case we have a tied scoring, we will decide the winner is the one who have submitted both design and affirmation letter in soft copy and hard copy.
