As fashion, in interior design is also experiencing a change in the trend of year. Mostly the interior designer and professional says blue will dominate for this year. Blue represents of optimistic, calm and more spiritual life. This is related to previous years that many events are uncertain, both in financial, political and in international and domestic environment. This requires that color can give positive suggestions.
However, we have not painted all the room with blue color. Can be considered also to use the derivative color, because not all blue colors have the same effect. There are several meanings of blue colors; dark blue symbolizes the sense of deep feeling. Usually, dark blue be a symbol of sensitivity, wise, not easily offended, peacefulness. Light blue symbolizes the nature of the firm and solid. Generally, a bit stubborn, often proud and have a permanent establishment. Nevertheless, whether blue light blue, dark, marina blue, and others, essentially giving the effect of quiet and comfortable.
Blue should not be dominant in the study room that would bring the effect of relaxed and lazy. Just as in the bedroom, because it makes the environment became less enthusiastic when we wake up in the morning. Blue is suitable for a room which for relaxing such a living room or children playroom that can build a pleasant atmosphere to relax.
Others colors that will popular also are tosca green, purple, cream colored, orange and red. Combining those colors in a room would brings nice colors fusion. Therefore, possibly these colors will bring new spirit and brightness.
